Support from the operations team
Support is handled by the same team that runs the servers, with access to the node your machine sits on.
Certificate and backups in the price
The SSL certificate, the backups and the 25-plus applications are part of the plan fee. Whatever costs extra is on the rate card before you sign up.
Hardware of our own
We run our own servers. When something goes wrong we look at the node and the disk directly, instead of opening a ticket with a supplier.
Sizing before you buy
If a cheaper plan covers your load, we say so before you sign. Changing plan takes effect at once and is prorated on the next invoice.
Who invoices, and from where
Hostbrid is a trading name, not a separate company. The contract and the invoice are issued by the company that holds it.
